What is Wet Eczema?
Weeping Eczema or wet Eczema is simply a sign that the condition has become worse. As a result, it becomes infected and it can end up looking quite nasty. Blisters full of pus which end up oozing out as well as the area being wet is what tends to be involved. This is where the condition has gained the name of weeping or wet eczema.
These type of infections only arise when the area of the eczema has been irritated by being scratched repeatedly. Wet eczema is a problem that is most common amongst younger children, but is just as difficult when adults have it. They face different issues.
Children are less likely to be able to bear the crazy madness of the itchiness and will scratch more rigorously, without protocol to stop, but adult skin tends to scar and recover slower than child skin. Wet Eczema is generally serious and extremely uncomfortable to bear.
If you have a child that is suffering from eczema, do your best to prevent them from itching it as it will only make the situation worse. As we mentioned above, one of the biggest signs that you have wet or weeping eczema is pus-filled blisters. When they ooze out, the colour tends to be golden. This is a tell-tale sign that you can use as confirmation that wet eczema is the problem.
After the pus has been released, it develops over the skin as a crusty and dry layer. A lot of the time, people end up making the situation worse for themselves by scratching over the eczema. This often leads to the problem never getting fixed. Despite the fact that treatment methods may have been sought out, people struggle to give it the chance to get to work.
Some of the main symptoms that you have wet eczema include the area being intensely itchy. The affected area may start to bleed or become red and severely sore. If you do not seek out some type of treatment method as soon as you know that you are suffering from weeping eczema, the problem could become chronic.

The damage done to the skin can become permanent, therefore, it is recommended that you seek out medical advice or try some home treatment remedies or our anti-itch cream that uses powerful surgery grade chemicals to halt the itching at the nerves.
